Your mission

Are you interested in employee engagement, performance management, and how People & Culture teams support a growing organization? Join our People Team as a People & Culture Intern and support key initiatives that shape how we engage, develop, and support employees at Datamaran.

This internship offers hands-on experience in employee engagement, performance processes, and learning and development.

What You’ll Work On

  • Coordinating the bi-annual engagement survey, including preparation, launch, participation tracking, and initial analysis.

  • Supporting the annual performance review cycle by tracking progress and assisting with communication and coordination.

  • Administering the learning and development platform (Fuse), including adding new employees and updating content.

  • Providing general administrative and project support across People & Culture initiatives.

  • Helping maintain timelines, documentation, and alignment across People systems.

Your profile

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and a structured way of working.

  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and document tools (e.g. Google Workspace).

  • Interest in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development.

  • Ability to learn and work with HR systems (e.g. HRIS, LMS).

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to support operational tasks.
