Workplace Experience & Operations Internship

Your mission

Are you interested in workplace experience, office operations, and creating a great environment for colleagues? Join our Workplace Experience team and support the day-to-day operations of our Leeuwarden office while contributing to projects that improve employee experience across Datamaran’s 4 offices.

This internship offers hands-on experience in office management, event coordination, and community building within an international company.

What You’ll Work On

  • Supporting daily office operations in Leeuwarden, including administration, ordering supplies, and coordinating vendors.

  • Assisting in organizing team events, lunches, and office activities.

  • Helping improve and document processes for remote office management for our London office.

  • Supporting the setup and coordination of an event committee in Leeuwarden.

  • Contributing to workplace improvements and employee experience initiatives.

  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the Workplace Experience function.

Your profile

  • Background or education in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.

  • Basic proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).

  • Interest in workplace experience, office operations, and community building.
